In this workshop we will explore the way of looking at Anatomy and the human body. We will explore the skeleton, muscles, fascia and how skin drops over it all. We will examine the alignment of all systems in the context of yoga poses.
There will be at least a full hour of working with a model in various yoga poses to integrate the learning methodology.
Learning to look with both sides of the brain can improve posture analysis and the ability to draw what is versus what we think we are looking at.
